Items are sent by Royal Mail Signed For who aim to deliver the next working day after dispatch. We aim to dispatch your items within 3-5 working days of order. Please note this is a signed-for service. If you are not in at the time of delivery Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to obtain your parcel.
Please note we only dispatch during working days. If you suspect a lost delivery please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look into it for you straight away.

Deliveries within Europe, including Channel Islands and R.O.I usually takes 3-7 working days to arrive after being dispatched, but can take up to one month. Delivery dates depend on your country’s postal service.
Deliveries outside Europe usually take 5-10 working days to arrive after being dispatched. But it can take up to one month. Delivery dates depend on your country’s postal service. You may be charged a fee by your local customs office. You can check this with your country’s customs office.
Royal Mail will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have a specified period from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge for re-posting the item to you. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address where you can be reached.

You must return your unwanted or damaged Products within 7 working days from the day you received the Products. The Products, including their original packaging, must be returned “as new” and in their original packaging.
For all returns and refunds please obtain a proof of postage certificate from your Post Office as we cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit. We will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.
We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of the Products in full. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Please note that personalised products are non-refundable unless faulty.
